The business line is your texting setup. $35 a month gets you one monkey, your pick of Missed Call Monkey, Scheduling, or Invoicing, plus 1,500 texts a month. Add another monkey for $10, or Marketing Monkey for $20.

Your service monkeys share one number, so your customers always know who's texting. Marketing gets its own, so when someone replies STOP to a promo, their reminders keep coming. Both numbers are included in the $35.

We register your line with the carriers and handle the paperwork. Registration fees are included. Carriers review every business texting registration, so approval timing is up to them.

What counts as an edit?

One change you text us: new hours, a new menu item, a swapped photo, a new paragraph. A brand-new page or a big redesign can count as a few edits, and we'll tell you before we start. You get 5 a month, and extras are $5 each.

I already have a website. Can you still help?

Yes. We can modernize your current site and keep your domain, or build a new one in a style you like. Send us the link to your site or one you like, and we'll tell you what we'd change.

Do I need a domain?

You can buy a new one or transfer one you already own. The domain is paid to the registrar, not us, and we connect it for you.

Do I need the business line to get a website?

Nope. The website stands on its own for $5 a month. The business line is only for the texting monkeys.

Why two numbers?

Your service monkeys share one number, so customers see one familiar number for missed calls, reminders, and invoices. Marketing gets its own, so a STOP to a promo ends the promos and nothing else. Both numbers are included in the $35 business line.

What are the texting rules for each monkey?

Missed Call Monkey sends one text after a missed call, because the customer called you first. It sends nothing more unless they reply.

Scheduling reminders go out automatically once a customer books an appointment. They're only about that appointment, never promos.

Invoicing texts only go out after you approve the invoice, to a customer you did the job for.

Marketing Monkey needs a clear YES first. When a job is done, your service monkey asks once. No YES, no review requests or offers.

Replying STOP ends texts from that number right away. On the service number, that covers missed-call texts, reminders, and invoice texts together. Invoices still go by email, and texting START turns it back on.

What if I run out of texts?

Your service texts never stop mid-month. We text you a heads-up at 80% and again at 100%, and after that extra texts are $20 per 1,000. Marketing texts pause at their 1,000 until next month, unless you add more. Most shops never get close.

Is the monkey a real person?

No. It's an AI assistant, and it says so. You can see the conversations and jump in anytime.

Who owns the Stripe account?

You do. We set it up in your name for free and connect it to your monkey. Payments go straight to you, and Stripe's standard card fees come out of each payment.
